Join USGBC California and Measurabl for a guided tour of the newly launched California Building Performance Pulse, a first-of-its-kind public dashboard providing insights into energy, carbon, and water performance across California’s commercial and multifamily buildings.
Drawing on more than 1.3 billion square feet of California building data and six years of utility reporting, the interactive dashboard enables users to explore performance trends, benchmark peer buildings, and compare results across regions, property types, building sizes, and construction eras.
During this one-hour webinar, attendees will see the dashboard in action and learn how building performance data can inform building performance improvements.
California's Premier Event for Embodied Carbon, Materials & Sustainable Construction
Carbon Forward is California's annual event for advancing lower-carbon materials and sustainable construction, convening architects, engineers, developers, manufacturers, policymakers, and building owners to move innovation into standard practice.
As California prepares to host the 2028 Olympic & Paralympic Games, it gives the region a rare chance to show how major investment in buildings and infrastructure can drive lasting change.
Join us for a practical discussion on electrifying large commercial building systems, featuring perspectives from industry leaders from HDR, Trane Technologies, and Leading Edge Consulting Services.
As California's commercial buildings prepare for the next generation of capital improvements, electrification is becoming an increasingly important consideration for owners, operators, engineers, and sustainability professionals. Whether driven by aging equipment, energy cost savings, corporate sustainability goals, or evolving building policies, transitioning away from fossil fuel-based HVAC systems presents both opportunities and challenges.
