The California Building Performance Resources Hub offers several pathways for building owners and managers to learn about and complete building benchmarking, a requirement for most large buildings in California and one of the first steps in improving your building’s performance.

Benchmarking for LEED O+M Compliance with the Arc Platform
Arc provides free sustainability benchmarking and performance tracking. The software analyzes your building data and communicates it as a score that can be used to report performance and support certification programs offered by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating systems.
