Find a Contractor or Service Provider

Contractor Directory

This directory of companies that provide benchmarking & third-party verification providers is open to any qualified professional who offers these services in California. Inclusion is not an endorsement, but we do confirm credentials before posting.

This directory is just a start – we plan to expand this to additional services over the next few months.

Building owners and managers: If you are completing benchmarking to comply with a benchmarking or BPS policy in California, you are not required to hire a company to do benchmarking for you. Tips for how to benchmark your property are here. West Hollywood building owners, however, are required to submit verification by a qualified professional.

Service providers: to request inclusion in this directory, please complete this form.
