Financing CA's Building Retrofits: Capital Provider Directory Info Session
Access to capital remains a major barrier to building retrofits across California. To help address this challenge, USGBC California is developing a new Capital Provider Directory through the California Building Performance Hub, designed to help building owners, property managers, contractors, and other market participants identify financing partners and better understand the capital solutions available for retrofit projects.
Join USGBC California and Sustento Group for an informational session created specifically for lenders, CDFIs, green banks, C-PACE providers, specialty finance companies, energy-as-a-service providers, and other organizations providing capital for building improvements.
During this session, we’ll introduce the directory, explain how it is intended to support the California retrofit market, and outline the benefits of participating as a listed capital provider. We’ll also walk through the brief RFI process and explain how submitted information will be used to build provider profiles.
