Technology Solutions for Benchmarking and BPS
Come join us for a fun way to learn about different tools designed to facilitate tracking building performance, for both building owners and local governments. We'll have several providers on hand to brief us on their solutions, followed by open breakouts for participants to connect with the different providers and learn more in a casual virtual setting.
This event is a special open meeting of the California Building Performance Standards Peer Learning Collaborative (CalBPS PLC).
Meeting held via Zoom. Click here to register.

Compliance Simplified: A Step-by-Step Guide to Energy Benchmarking
In this training, building owners, operators, and consultants will learn how to set up and easily populate data into a free Measurabl account and establish a bidirectional sync with ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager®.
Once your data is populated, you’ll be able to use the free tool’s functionality to check and improve the quality of your data, so it’s ready for submission and complies with local and state benchmarking ordinances.
Compliance & Beyond: Executing Benchmarking Filings and Unlocking Data Insights
This follow-up session dives into the practical mechanics of meeting California’s local and state benchmarking ordinance deadlines. We will start by demystifying the filing process.
But compliance is just the baseline. We will also explore how to transform your compliance data into actionable insights like identifying energy spikes and tracking performance against global benchmarks. Move beyond compliance and start using your benchmarking data to drive building efficiency and financial benefit.
