Multifamily Building Owners and Managers in Los Angeles County!

Looking to upgrade your properties, but need financing for the upfront investment?

Join this virtual Info Session to learn about USGBC California’s new pilot program for multifamily buildings in Los Angeles County that will provide no-cost support for building owners seeking to finance electrification, efficiency, and clean energy upgrades.

With funding from the state’s TECH Clean California Quick Start Grant program, we will help selected properties plan projects that provide long-term value and are eligible for up to 100% financing and 30-80%+ cost coverage from incentives and rebates.

USGBC-CA will help selected properties source & evaluate financing options, and leverage additional no-cost services to develop and execute a fully-funded scope of work.

Pilot Candidates:

• Multifamily buildings with 5 or more units located in LA County in low-income and/or disadvantaged communities (LIDACs, see linked map)

• Interested in efficiency and electrification, but upfront investment is a barrier

• Asset is cashflow positive, or part of a portfolio that is cashflow positive overall

Selected projects will be finance-ready by the end of the year!
